By signing up to become an authorized affiliate of Training Spark, you agree to the terms and conditions of this Agreement. We recommend that you read the entire Agreement carefully before registering and promoting any Training Spark product as an Affiliate.
Our relationship
Your participation in the Program is solely to legally advertise our products to receive a commission purchased by individuals referred to Training Spark by your own website.
You may not state that you developed a Training Spark product or imply any relationship or affiliate with us except as an affiliate.
You may not use the Training Spark brand name in any domain name promoting our products.
Your application to be an affiliate
We reserve the right to approve or reject any application for the Training Spark affiliate program. You will have no legal recourse against us should your application be rejected.
Products
The affiliate program is limited to the following Training Spark products only:
- Arlo LearnDash Integration plugin
- Assignments Pro plugin
- Cohort Manager plugin
- Organization Toolkit plugin
Eligibility
Affiliates must be 18 years of age or older to participate in the program.
Commissions
Affiliates earn 25% of the plugin cost for new product sales. This is only applicable to first payments only and does not include renewals.
You cannot refer yourself, and you will not receive a commission on your own accounts. Where an affiliate uses an affiliate tracking code for their own purchases, we reserve the right to terminate your affiliate account(s) and you will forfeit any potential earnings.
Commission payments will only be sent for transactions that have been successfully completed. Transactions that result in chargebacks or refunds will not be paid out.
Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis after a minimum of 30 days has elapsed since the sale was made.
Commission payments will only begin once you’ve earned more than US$100 in total affiliate earnings.
Commission payments are paid by PayPal only. You must have a valid PayPal account to receive commission payments.
Changes to this agreement
Training Spark reserves the right to update and change the agreement from time to time without notice. Continued use of the affiliate program shall constitute your consent to any changes.
Termination of agreement
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your participation in the affiliate program for any of the following reasons:
- Spamming
- Inappropriate advertising
- Using PPC advertising
- Violating intellectual property rights
- Advertising on sites containing or promoting illegal activities
- Using pop-ups, pop-unders, iframes, frames, or any other seen or unvisible actions and activities that set affiliate cookies
Violation of any of the terms in this agreement will result in termination of your account and forfeiture of any outstanding affiliate commission payments earned during the period in which the violation occurred.
Training Spark, in its sole discretion, has the right to suspend or terminate your account for any reason at any time.
